धनबाद: उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री वरुण रंजन के निर्देश पर कोयला, बालू सहित अन्य खनिज संपदा के अवैध खनन, भंडारण तथा परिवहन के विरूद्ध जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति अपनाते हुए जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा लगातार जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सघन छापामारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स ने तेतुलमारी थाना अंतर्गत आज दोपहर लगभग 4:30 बजे ग्राम गण्डुवा, 8 लेन सड़क में सिटी हर्ट होटल के समीप अवैध कोल डिपो की जांच की। इस संबंध में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री उदय रजक ने बताया कि जांच के क्रम में उक्त स्थल पर लगभग 200 टन से अधिक स्टॉक किया गया अवैध कोयला बरामद किया गया। बरामद कोयला को जब्त कर बीसीसीएल कतरास एरिया-4 को सुपूर्द किया गया। साथ ही खान निरीक्षक श्री विनोद प्रमाणिक ने तेतुलमारी थाना में उक्त स्थल की जांच-पड़ताल कर यदि रैयती भूमि हो तो रैयत एवं इसमें सम्मिलित अन्य सभी लोगों के विरुद्ध एमएमडीआर एक्ट 1957 की धारा 7/9/13 एवं द झारखंड मिनिरल्स प्रिवेंशन ऑफ़ इलीगल माइनिंग ट्रांसपोर्टेशन एंड स्टोरेज रूल्स, 2017 तथा आइपीसी की सुसंगत धाराओं के अंतर्गत एफआइआर नंबर 67/23, दिनांक 31.12.23 दर्ज की गई है। अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि कोयला के अवैध खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध छापामारी अभियान जारी रहेगा। अभियान में खान निरीक्षक श्री विनोद प्रमाणिक, सीआइएसएफ व तेतुलमारी थाना प्रभारी व पुलिस बल शामिल थे।
