DHANBAD | बारामुड़ी में बन रहे मल्टी स्टोरी पीएम आवास की तर्ज पर कुसुम विहार के समीप नगर निगम दूसरा प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करेगा. इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन ने नगर निगम को दो एकड़ जमीन ट्रांसफर कर दी है.
नगर आयुक्त ने सूडा को पत्र लिखकर डीपीआर बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने का आग्रह किया है.
जमीन हस्तानांतरण करने के लिए उपायुक्त को पत्र लिखा गया था. डीसी ने सरायढेला के नारायणपुर मौजा में दो एकड़ जमीन ट्रांसफर करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया है. सरकारी दर के अनुसार जमीन की कीमत 70 करोड़ होगी. निगम को यह जमीन निशुल्क हस्तानांतरण किया गया है. 600 से अधिक आवास बनाने की तैयारी में है. 3.64 लाख में मिलेगा वन बीएचके फ्लैट बारामुड़ी आवास योजना की तरह नारायणपुर में भी मल्टी स्टोरी टू बीएचके फ्लैट बनाया जाएगा. मात्र तीन लाख 64 हजार में वन बीएचके फ्लैट मिल जाएगा. ढाई लाख रुपए पीएम आवास योजना के तहत सब्सिडी मिलेगी. एक फ्लैट का क्षेत्रफल 320 वर्गफीट होगा. सालाना तीन लाख रुपए कमाने वाले लोगों को ही फ्लैट मिलेगा.
योजनाओं को जल्द पूरा करें उपायुक्त
DC संदीप सिंह की अध्यक्षता में आधारभूत संरचना से संबंधित योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक हुई. डीसी ने ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग कार्य प्रमंडल, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल संख्या 1 एवं 2, झारखंड अर्बन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट कंपनी लिमिटेड, (जुडको लिमिटेड) एवं झमाडा के तहत कार्यान्वित योजनाओं की समीक्षा की. अधिकारियों से किए जा रहे कार्यों की एनओसी, जमीन अधिग्रहण सहित लंबित मामलों की जानकारी ली. अधिकारियों को योजनाओं को जल्द पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया. मौके पर उपविकास आयुक्त, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, पीएचइडी 1 एवं 2 के अभियंता, पथ प्रमंडल, विद्युत विभाग, जुडको, झमाडा के अधिकारी आदि मौजूद थे.
