नई दिल्ली: बीजेपी (BJP) के राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन (BJP national convention) के पहले दिन रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने ‘विकसित भारत- मोदी की गारंटी’ का राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव पेश किया। इस प्रस्ताव का केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और केंद्रीय मंत्री एल. मुरुगन ने अनुमोदन किया। सीतारमण ने जब अपना भाषण समाप्त किया तो प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने उनकी तारीफ करते हुए उनसे तमिल और तेलुगु में भी अपनी बात कहने का अनुरोध किया जिसके बाद वित्त मंत्री ने दोनों दक्षिण भारतीय भाषाओं में भी अपनी बात कही।
बैठक में एक वीडियो फिल्म के माध्यम से वर्ष 2014 के पहले के भारत और नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद के भारत का अंतर भी बताया गया। सिंह ने राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव पेश करते हुए कहा कि 15 अगस्त 1947 को देश स्वतंत्र हुआ और 22 जनवरी 2024 को उसमें प्राण आए। रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा से देश का सांस्कृतिक पुनरुत्थान हुआ। प्रधानमंत्री का अभिनंदन करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी ने 22 जनवरी को राम मंदिर में जो रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की है, वह सामान्य काम नहीं है। पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली में महिलाओं के साथ हुए यौन अपराध का जिक्र करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी घटनाएं सभ्य समाज के लिए कलंक है और बीजेपीकार्यकर्ता वहां लगातार लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर देश और समाज को तोड़ने का आरोप भी लगाया। उन्होंने स्टार्टअप और मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग क्षेत्र सहित भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के हर क्षेत्र में मोदी सरकार की उपलब्धियों का जिक्र किया।
योगी आदित्यनाथ ने क्या बोला?
योगी आदित्यनाथ ने जहां संकल्प था वहीं पर राम मंदिर बनाने के लिए मोदी का अभिनंदन करते हुए आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज अयोध्या में रामलला अपने भव्य और दिव्य मंदिर में पांच सदी के बाद फिर से विराजमान हो चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रीराम जन्मभूमि विश्व में एक ऐसा अनोखा प्रकरण रहा है जहां पर देश के बहुसंख्यक समाज को अपने ही आराध्य भगवान श्रीराम की जन्मस्थली पर मंदिर निर्माण के लिए सदियों तक संघर्ष करना पड़ा।
भारत दुनिया की 5वीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बना: सीतारमण
सीतारमण ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 10 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के मजबूत होने की बात कहते हुए कहा कि आज भारत दुनिया की पांचवीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन गया है। उन्होंने मोदी के नेतृत्व में हासिल की गई कई उपलब्धियों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। बीजेपी राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता संबित पात्रा ने संशोधन प्रस्ताव रखते हुए इसमें करतारपुर कॉरिडोर और वीर बाल दिवस के संदर्भ में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के सिख पंथ के प्रति प्रेम और सम्मान को राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव में शामिल करने की बात कही।
जनता ने ‘मोदी की गारंटी’ को घर-घर पहुंचते देखा’
बाबूलाल मरांडी ने ग्रामीण भारत में कनेक्टिविटी, सभी जातियों के उत्थान और आदिवासी समाज को मोदी सरकार में मिल रहे सम्मान को शामिल करने का संशोधन प्रस्ताव पेश किया। चर्चा के बाद कुछ संशोधनों के साथ राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव को पारित कर दिया गया। राजनीतिक प्रस्ताव में कहा गया है, ‘बीते 10 वर्षों में देश की जनता ने ‘मोदी की गारंटी’ को घर-घर पहुंचते देखा और इन गारंटियों के बल पर देश के 25 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी रेखा से निकलते भी देखा। उनके नेतृत्व में बीते 10 साल में चुनावी सफलता के भी नए आयाम गढ़े गए और कच्छ से लेकर कामरूप तक और कश्मीर से लेकर कन्याकुमारी तक बीजेपीहर दिल की धड़कन बनी। राष्ट्रीय महाधिवेशन बीजेपी की इस विजय यात्रा के लिए भी अपने सर्वोच्च नेता और देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता है और उन्हें साधुवाद देता है।’ प्रस्ताव में धारा 370 हटाने, तीन तलाक को गैर-कानूनी बनाने, जीएसटी, नागरिकता संशोधन कानून, नया संसद भवन, नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम, भारतीय न्याय संहिता, चंद्रयान मिशन आदि का भी जिक्र किया गया है।
