NICHITPUR | ईस्ट बसुरिया कोलियरी के मुख्य द्वार के समीप गडेडिया विस्थापित मोर्चा के बैनर तले एक दिवसीय धरना दिया गया। मौके पर ध्रुप महतो ने बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन भोले भाले रैयतों की जमीन को गलत तरीके से रजस्ट्री करा कर कोयला उत्खनन कर रही है। ध्रुप महतो ने कहा कि बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन ऐसे कंपनी के साथ साठ गांठ कर ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को ही कोयला उत्खनन का कार्य दिया है। लिब्रा कंपनी को ब्लैकलिस्टेड किया गया था मगर आज संजय उद्योग के नाम से कार्य कर रही है जिसमे सभी कर्मी लिब्रा कंपनी के ही हैं। रैयतों को एनआईटी के मुताबिक मिलने वाला लाभ नही दिया जाता है और गुंडा तत्वों के सहारे कोयला उत्खनन किया जा रहा है। ध्रुव महतो ने बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि रैयतों का हक मार कर और नियमो का उलंघन कर गुंडागर्दी से कोयला उत्खनन अब नही करने देंगे। चरणबद्ध तरीके से आंदोलन किया जाएगा। रैयत विश्वनाथ बाउरी ने कहा कि हमारी जमीन गई और हमे न तो नियोजन नीति का लाभ मिला न मुवावजा मिला। प्रबंधन बार बार कागज की मांग करता है और गलत तरीके रैयतों की जमीन हड़प ली। गरीब रैयतों का न प्रशासन सुनती है न प्रबंधन। अब आंदोलन ही विकल्प है।मौके पर कृष्णा निषाद,दिलीप महतो,राजेश रवानी,धनंजय निषाद,भागीरथ महतो, दीपक निषाद,भागीरथ रवानी, दिनेश निषाद,जितेंद्र महतो, सनी निषाद,नागेंद्र निषाद आदि मौजूद थे.
