DHANBAD | सोमवार 30 अक्टूबर को झरिया प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में गत दिन बैंक मोड़ क्षेत्र में हुए गोलीकांड पर रोष जताते हुए धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस जिलाध्यक्ष संतोष कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि इस तरह का घटित गोलीकांड घटना जिला प्रशासन की नाकामी हैं, कांग्रेस पार्टी उक्त घटना की कड़े तौर पर तीव्र नींदा करती है।उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह की घटना से जिला प्रशासन की नाकामी झलकती है! धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस पार्टी पूरी तरह से व्यापारियों के साथ है। इस घटना का उद्वेदन एवं उक्त घटना को अंजाम देने वालों पर जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा 48 घंटा में कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस जोरदार आंदोलन करेगी। जिलाध्यक्ष संतोष सिंह ने कहा भाजपा सांसद पशुपतिनाथ सिंह विधायक ढुल्लू महतो और राज सिंहा को गिरती विधि व्यवस्था के संबंध मे बोलने का अधिकार नही है। भाजपा सरकार मे धनबाद मे राम राज नही था। ढुल्लू महतो के आंतक के से पुरा कोयलांचल परेशान था रघुवर दास आपराधियो का जनक थें। भाजपाई शासन में धनबाद कांग्रेस नेता स्व सुरेश सिंह और नीरज सिंह की हत्या हो गई थी। झारखण्ड में जंगल राज कायम था। आज अगर कोयला तस्करी हो रही है तो स्पष्ट है केंद्र सरकार, बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन और सीआईएसएफ सहित भाजपा सांसद विधायक के सहयोग से हो रही है। जिलाध्यक्ष संतोष सिंह ने कहा गलत को गलत कहने का ताकत अपनी सरकार मे भी करते हैं। जिलाध्यक्ष ने कहा कि आए दिन धनबाद में इस तरह की घटनाओं में बढ़ोतरी हुई है! हमलोग राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन से यह मांग करते हैं कि प्रशासन पर अंकुश लगाए क्योंकि इस तरह की घटना से महागठबंधन सरकार सहित कांग्रेस की भी बदनामी हो रही है। जिला के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कारोबारीयों से की जा रही अवैध वसूली पर प्रशासन ध्यान दें। कांग्रेस पार्टी किसी भी कीमत पर इस बदनामी को नहीं सहेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हम मुख्यमंत्री एवं प्रभारी मंत्री से मिलकर अभिलंब कार्रवाई की मांग करेंगे। जिले में बढ़ते अपराध से हम सभी चिंतित हैं, इस तरह की घटनाओं पर जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा अंकुश लगाने के साथ -साथ घटनाओं को अंजाम देने वालों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो कांग्रेस पार्टी जिला मुख्यालय में जोरदार आंदोलन करेगी। झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस के सचिव शमशेर आलम और प्रदेश कांग्रेस के विशेष आमंत्रित सदस्य मुख्तार खान ने संयुक्त रूप से कहा कि शहर में इस तरह की घटना से प्रशासन की नाकामी दिख रही है उक्त घटना बहुत ही निंदनीय है इस तरह की घटना पर जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा अंकुश नहीं लगाया गया तो कांग्रेस पार्टी आंदोलन के लिए वाध्य होगी। नेताओ ने कहा धनबाद में दो पुलिस अधीक्षक का पद रिक्त था कांग्रेस पार्टी की मांग पर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने सिटी एस पी और ग्रामीण एस पी का पदस्थापित किया है उन्होने कहा इंडिया गठबंधन को बदनाम नही होने देगी। उक्त अवसर धनबाद कांग्रेस जिलाध्यक्ष संतोष कुमार सिंह, झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस सचिव शमशेर आलम, विशेष आमंत्रित सदस्य मुख्तार खान, धनबाद जिला व्यापार उधोग प्रकोष्ठ के जिलाध्यक्ष प्रभात सिरोलिया, झरिया नगर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष रत्नेश यादव, प्रखंड कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष इम्तियाज अली, भोला सिंह, गणेश बहादुर सिंह, कुन्दन मोदक, कृष्ण पटेल, सुरज कुमार वर्मा सहित अन्य मौजूद थें।
