DHANBAD | पूर्व डिप्टी मेयर नीरज सिंह समेत चार लोगों की हत्या के मामले मे जेल में बंद संजीव सिंह के बेहतर इलाज के लिए आवेदन पर सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायाधीश ने सरकारी अस्पताल की व्यवस्था पर कड़ी टिप्पणी की. धनबाद जेल प्रशासन ने 48 घंटे बाद संजीव सिंह की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट दाखिल की. रिपोर्ट देखने के बाद एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायाधीश अखिलेश कुमार की अदालत ने नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि जब अस्पताल में व्यवस्था नहीं है तो उसे ताला लगा कर बंद कर देना चाहिए. अदालत ने अस्पताल की व्यवस्था पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए जेल प्रशासन से अद्यतन रिपोर्ट तलब की है. 18 जुलाई को संजीव के आवेदन पर सुनवाई करते हुए अदालत ने जेल प्रशासन से संजीव सिंह की स्वास्थ्य संबंधी रिपोर्ट अविलंब पेश करने का आदेश दिया था.
