JHARIA। झरिया थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत न्यू कॉलोनी राजा गढ़ झरिया निवासी महेश्वर प्रसाद सिंह पिता स्व,काली प्रसाद सिंह के आवास झरिया में धनबाद न्यायलय द्वारा बुधवार को इस्तेहार चस्पाया गया। मामले के संबंध मे झरिया थाना एएसआई अकबर हुसैन ने बताया कि श्री प्रसाद के उपर धनबाद न्यायलय जज पुजा पाण्डे के बैंच मे वर्ष 28 दिसंबर 2012 से मामला चल रही है। जिसमे श्री प्रसाद नयायलाय के आदेश की अवहेलना कर फरार चल रहे हैं जिसके कारण स्थानीय पुलिस कई बार उनके आवास जाकर संपर्क करना चाहा लेकिन ना तो थाना में संपर्क किया और ना ही कोर्ट मे उपस्थिति दर्ज कराया। जिसके कारण इस्तिहार चसपाया गया है। अगर समय रहते स शरीर उपस्थित नही होते हैं तो कानून आगे कार्रवाई करने के लिए बाध्य होगी।
