कर्मियों ने जांच टीम को सात माह से वेतन नहीं मिलने का सुनाया दुखड़ा
DHANBAD | जिले के एडीएम लॉ एंड ऑडर एवं सिविल सर्जन के नेतृत्व में एक टीम ने 13 जुलाई गुरुवार को सिटीजन फाउंडेशन, रांची द्वारा संचालित चिरकुंडा उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया. टीम ने स्वास्थ्य केंद्र को संचालित करने का तरीका, दवा आदि की उपलब्धता, कार्यरत कर्मियों के काम बंद करने आदि की जांच की. पिछले सात माह से वेतन नहीं मिलने से नाराज कर्मियों के विरोध का सामना जांच टीम को करना पड़ा. जांच टीम ने स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में कार्यरत डॉ. शशिभूषण सिंह के साथ अन्य कर्मियों से बात कर पूरे मामले को समझने का प्रयास किया. जांच में यह बात सामने आई कि वर्ष 2020 से चिरकुंडा उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का संचालन सिटीजन फाउंडेशन, रांची द्वारा किया जा रहा है. पिछले सात माह से डॉक्टर समेत सभी कर्मियों को वेतन भुगतान नहीं किया गया है. इससे नाराज कर्मियों ने काम करना बंद कर दिया है. ऐसी स्थिति में क्षेत्र के मरीज बेहाल हैं. सिविल सर्जन आलोक विश्वकर्मा ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के निर्देश पर एडीएम लॉ एंड आर्डर के नेतृत्व में टीम यहां जांच करने पहुंची है. जांच के बाद प्रतिवेदन सरकार को भेज दिया जाएगा. मौके पर डॉ संजय राणा, डॉ शशिभूषण सिंह, एग्यारकुंड प्रखंड के बीडीओ विनोद कुमार कर्मकार आदि मौजूद थे.
