DHANBAD | 100 साल पुराने वासेपुर पुल को तोड़कर नए पुल का निर्माण किया जाएगा। नए पुल के निर्माण पर दो करोड़ 25 लाख रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। पुल निर्माण को लेकर भूली मोड़ से वासेपुर आरा मोड़ सड़क एक नवंबर से 25 दिसंबर तक बंद रहेगी। सड़क पर वाहन नहीं चलेंगे। वासेपुर को भूली से जोड़ने वाली यह प्रमुख सड़क है। वासेपुर के पास बना पुल बहुत ही पुराना है। करीब चार साल पहले पुल में गोफ बन गया था। इसके बाद पुल के निर्माण की मांग शुरू हुई थी। पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले पुल के निर्माण की कवायद शुरू हुई थी। पुल के निर्माण के लिए शिलान्यास भी कर दिया गया था। कुछ तकनीकी कारणों से पुल के निर्माण शुरू नहीं हुआ। जर्जर पुल के निर्माण की मांग लगातार की जा रही थी। पथ निर्माण विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता दिनेश प्रसाद ने बताया कि सड़क बंद रहने पर भूली, आजाद नगर, आरा मोड़ से आने-जाने वाले वाहन वैकल्पिक मार्ग के रूप में बिनोद बिहारी महतो चौक-बाबूडीह (पॉलीटेक्निक)-बेकारबांध पथ या बिनोद बिहारी महतो चौक आठ लेन का इस्तेमाल करेंगे। वहीं भूली मोड़ से वासेपुर, भूली की ओर आने-जाने वाले वाहन गया पुल,पूजाटॉकीज-बाबूडीह-बिनोद बिहारी महतो चौक सड़क से आना-जाना करेंगे। लगातार दो महीने तक रास्ता बंद रहने से वासेपुर और भूली के लोगों को परेशानियों का सामना करना होगा। 12 मीटर चौड़ा होगा वासेपुर का नया पुल: वासेपुर में नया पुल 12 मीटर चौड़ा होगा। वर्तमान में पुल की चौड़ाई आठ फीट है। पुल चौड़ा होने से जाम की समस्या नहीं होगी। भूली, कतरास और वासेपुर के लोग पुल से होकर मुख्यालय तक पहुंचते हैं। धनबाद-वासेपुर को जोड़ने वाली मुख्य सड़क पर बना वासेपुर पुल जर्जर हो गया है। तीन साल पहले वासेपुर पुल में गोफ बन गया था। इसके बाद पथ निर्माण विभाग ने पुल को खतरनाक घोषित कर भारी वाहनों के परिचालन पर रोक लगा दी थी।
नए बजट में पाइपलाइन-पोल शिफ्टिंग शामिल:
वासेपुर पुल की मरम्मत का नया बजट दो करोड़ 25 लाख रुपए रखा गया है। पुराना बजट एक करोड़ 34 लाख था, जिसमें पाइपलाइन शिफ्टिंग शामिल नहीं की गई थी। नए बजट में पाइपलाइन और बिजली पोल शिफ्टिंग के खर्च शामिल हैं।
