RANCHI | झारखंड हाइकोर्ट ने गुरुवार को पारिवारिक विवाद मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान एक अहम बात कही. कोर्ट ने कहा कि पत्नी का भरण-पोषण करना पति का उत्तरदायित्व है, लेकिन यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि वैवाहिक जीवन शैली बनी रहे, इसके लिए पति पर इतना भी बोझ बोझ डालना कहीं से भी सही नहीं है कि शादी उसके लिए सजा बन जाए. झारखंड हाइकोर्ट में दायर याचिक में धनबाद के रहनेवाले एक पति ने कहा था कि वर्ष 2018 में उसकी शादी हुई. इसके कुछ दिन बाद ही पत्नी ने उसके खिलाफ दहेज मांगने व घरेलू हिंसा का आरोप लगा दी थी. धनबाद फैमिली कोर्ट में पत्नी ने दायर याचिका में कहा था कि उनके पति बड़े व्यापारी हैं. उन्हें कई व्यवसाय से पैसे आते हैं. उनकी महीने की कमाई 12.5 लाख रुपए के करीब है.
