मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्य के वरीय अधिकारियों से कहा
RANCHI | CM हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्य के वरीय अधिकारियों से कहा है कि योजनाएं जमीन पर दिखनी चाहिए, कागज पर नहीं। उन्होंने पंचायती राज विभाग को तीन माह के भीतर प्रज्ञा केंद्रों को सुधारने का निर्देश दिया। इन केंद्रों में बिजली, पानी, जेनरेटर और इंटरनेट जैसी सुविधाओं लैस करने को कहा है। सीएम ने कहा कि अफसर ध्यान रखें कि ग्रामीणों को आय, जन्म-मृत्यु व अन्य प्रमाण पत्रों के अलावा छोटे-छोटे कार्यों के लिए प्रखंड और अंचल कार्यालयों का चक्कर नहीं लगाना पड़े। प्रज्ञा केंद्रों में बैंक व पोस्ट ऑफिस से संबंधित काम की सुविधा भी सुनिश्चित की जाए। राज्य में लगभग 20 हजार प्रज्ञा केंद्र कार्यरत हैं, इन्हें बढ़ाकर 35 हजार करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया। उन्होंने ग्रामीण विकास विभाग को पलायन रोकने और उपायुक्तों को हर राशन कार्डधारी को दो फलदार पौधे देने का निर्देश दिया है। कहा- इससे ग्रामीणों की आय में वृद्धि होगी, साथ ही पर्यावरण का संरक्षण भी होगा। महिला बाल विकास विभाग के अफसरों को किसी भी वृद्ध को पेंशन से वंचित नहीं रहने देने और 30 जून तक इसकी रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री शुक्रवार को राज्य में विकास योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत, ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट्स की स्थिति और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की समीक्षा कर रहे थे।
